Privacy Policy

This policy explains what sendbill.net collects when you use sendbill.net and how we look after it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Your shop's records: products, stock, customers, suppliers, invoices, khata entries and payments you enter. You control this data.
• Billing: which plan you pay for and payment references from the gateway. Card and wallet details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and log information needed to run and secure the Service.

How we use it

• To provide the Service: billing, stock, khata, reports and sharing invoices you choose to send.
• To send account emails: sign-in help, receipts, invitations and important notices.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your customers' details to market to them.

Your customers' data

When you add customers or send them invoices and WhatsApp reminders, you are responsible for having a reason to hold their details and to contact them. We process that data only on your instructions.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, each shop's data is isolated from every other shop, passwords are hashed, and payment and email credentials are encrypted. We keep regular backups.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account exists. If you close your account and ask us to, we delete it, except records we must keep by law.
