Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sendbill.net (the “Service”), operated by sendbill.net(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

2. Your data

Your shop's data (products, customers, invoices, khata, purchases) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. You can export your reports at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect it.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• Paid plans are charged in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly).
• When a free trial or paid period ends without renewal, your account becomes read-only: you can still view and export your data, but you can't add new records until you renew.
• Prices may change; changes apply from your next renewal and are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways (for example JazzCash, Easypaisa, PayFast, Safepay or Stripe). We never see or store your full card or wallet details.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything illegal, to send spam, to store other people's data without a lawful reason, or to try to break or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Taxes and records

sendbill helps you keep records and calculate totals, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for meeting your tax and legal obligations (including FBR requirements).

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit arising from downtime or errors, to the extent the law allows.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or don't pay. On request we will delete your data, except where we must keep records by law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions: support@sendbill.net.
