3. Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. - Billing errors: If you have been charged incorrectly, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a valid cancellation, we will promptly investigate and refund any amounts charged in error.
- Service unavailability: If the Service experiences a prolonged, documented outage that prevents you from using core features and is attributable to us, you may be eligible for a partial credit or refund corresponding to the affected period.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Except where required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Subscription fees for billing periods that have already substantially elapsed beyond the satisfaction window;
- Renewal charges where you did not cancel before the renewal date, unless a valid billing error occurred;

In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a prorated credit toward future use.
10. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in the suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we believe are unwarranted.
11. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
You may change your subscription plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change typically takes effect immediately, and we may charge a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle based on the difference in price. When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change usually takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will retain access to your current plan's features until then. Downgrades do not generally qualify for a refund of the difference for the current period, as you continue to receive the benefits of your existing plan until renewal.
12. Promotional and Discounted Subscriptions
From time to time we may offer discounts, coupons, or promotional pricing. Subscriptions purchased under a promotion are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, which may limit or exclude refund eligibility.
